What does being “Your MWR photographer” mean?
MWR stands for the Department of Family Morale, Welfare and Recreation. Our studio is contracted by MWR and in return a portion of all sales help support our local Military community. Please go to www.benningmwr.com to view everything Fort Benning’s MWR provides our community.
How can I locate my Soldier's Photos?
(1) Click on "FIND MY SOLDIER'S PHOTOS"
(2) Select "BASIC GRADUATIONS"
(3) Scroll to locate your Soldier's unit album. The album will be named with the Soldier's graduating unit and date. (I.e. F 2-58 (03-04-2016)
(4) Click on the album name to open up the album. Once you are in the album scroll through the pages to locate your Soldier's photos by image number.
**Please note: You will NOT be able to locate your Soldier by his last name.

How can I purchase my Soldier’s photos after the album has expired?
Please email order@soldier-photos.com with your Soldier’s unit (Company and Battalion), graduation date and image number. We will load your image back to the website for 14 days, so can make your purchase at your convenience. If you would prefer you may call our office Monday – Friday 9 am – 2pm eastern time as well. We are exclusive only to Ft. Benning Georgia.
How long will it take for my order to be produced and received?
We strive for every package to leave our office within 7-10 business days after the initial purchase is made. Some orders with Retouch added may take longer. We process online orders on Monday from the previous week. All packages are shipped through the United States Postal Service (UPSP) and UPS. You will receive a tracking number by email once your shipping label is created. Please know that your orders are important to us and we are working hard to give you our best care in each order.
Cancellation & Return Policy
We are honored to provide professional portrait services for soldiers and their family and we want you to be satisfied with anything you purchase from us. We will always do our best to take care of customers and will deal with you fairly and reasonably and hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well.
If your order has a manufacturing defect or was produced incorrectly, it can be returned anytime within the first year of purchase for replacement or a full refund. Your order can also be changed or cancelled for any reason as long as we have not already produced it.
Please note that everything produced by Soldier Photos is custom built to your specifications with your soldier’s image and information. Once your order is produced, it cannot be used for anyone else. Also, Soldier Photos will begin production on an order very quickly upon receipt of the order so please contact us immediately if you want to cancel or make any changes to your order.
If Soldier Photos has accurately produced your order, but you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can still return it. Upon receipt of the returned order, you will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes, less shipping costs and a cancellation fee of $25.
If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Soldier Photos cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
Upon receipt of the returned item, Soldier Photos will process your refund within three business days to the same credit or debit card you used for the original purchase. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
What can I do if I received my order and it had an error?
We strive to ship out every purchase perfectly; however, if you have any concerns please call us in our office Monday – Friday 9 am to 2 pm eastern time at 706-685-2222. This is the best and quickest form of communication; however, you can also email us at order@soldier-photos.com and we will respond as soon as possible.
How do I know if my Soldier purchased while taking their photos?
We do not sell Graduation photos to the Soldiers while taking the photos or anytime before their Turning Blue Ceremony, IET lunch/dinner or family day. These events will be the very first time the photos will be seen or purchased by the public.
I purchased photos and/or items during my Soldier’s Turning Blue Ceremony, IET lunch/dinner or family day; however, we left and forgot to pick up my order. What do I need to do so I can receive my order?
Please call us in our office to pay for and arrange shipping, Monday – Friday 9 am – 2 pm eastern time at 706-685-2222. Our prices do not include shipping as we strive to have every order available for next day pick up.
I have tried to view the website on my phone or tablet and I cannot see or open the albums and photos. How can I purchase these photos?
We are currently optimizing our website for enhanced performance on mobile devices. If you experience difficulties, please try viewing our website on a computer or tablet. If you have any further questions please call us in our office Monday – Friday 9 am – 2 pm eastern time at 706-685-2222. We will be glad to help you navigate the website.
Ordering Instructions
To add items:
1. Locate the individual's image you wish to purchase.
2. Click on the Shopping Cart button to select products.
3. Select the product package.
4. Make product choice selections as needed. (Car tags, mugs, etc.)
5. Click Add to Cart.
6. You MUST click the + button under the word "Images".
7. Select "Continue Shopping" or "View Cart" to continue.
When you are ready to check out:
1. View Cart
2. Click Secure Checkout
3. If you see a notification that says "You have items in your cart which are incomplete", you must go back and click the + button under the word "Images".
4. Enter your shipping and billing information. If the zip code for the card you are using is different from the shipping address, make sure to use the correct address for billing.
5. Click "Continue"
6. Choose the correct shipping option for your location.
7. Click "Continue"
8. Enter your card information, including your CVV or Verification Number.
9. Click "Submit Order"
